You agree to notify jili03 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jili03 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
jili03 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. Sessions left inactive for an extended period will be automatically terminated as a security measure.

jili03 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on jili03 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game or feature displays amounts in another currency, the equivalent PHP value will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jili03 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jili03 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect money laundering or fraud.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your jili03 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
jili03 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
jili03 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required documentation has been received and verified to jili03's satisfaction.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. jili03 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. jili03 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. jili03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus balance and associated wagering requirements will remain in effect under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

All slot and table game outcomes on jili03 are determined by certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and real-time play conducted by trained dealers. Game results are not influenced by jili03 or any third party. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for all games are published and available to players on request.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jili03 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact jili03 support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jili03's decision on disputed game outcomes, made after review of server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili03.
The jili03 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jili03. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use jili03's trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written permission.
jili03 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili03 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili03 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jili03 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where jili03's liability cannot be excluded by law, jili03's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili03 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jili03 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. By using jili03, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and the management of your account balance.

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Where changes are material, jili03 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili03 Platform shall first be referred to jili03's customer support team for resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits jili03's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
